We are glad to offer following services.
Sales & Registration:
Sales of new Amana PTAC & Warranty registration. Also Sales of Refurbished Amana PTAC.
Parts:
Authentic Amana PTAC Parts on hand or can be ordered.
Service/Warranty Service on Amana PTAC:
Have PTAC units diagnosed/repaired/washed/returned to the customer at the quickest time possible excluding weekends and holidays.
Preventative Maintenance Program:
Scheduled In-Shop service of six units at a time per week at a lower service cost/lower labor cost and loaner PTAC at no extra cost.
PTAC Loaner Program:
PTAC loaners available upon request. If your repaired unit is returned, loaner must be scheduled for pick up 2 days after the return of your repaired unit. If you do not schedule with the office to have PTAC loaner picked up, there will be a $10.00 per day charge for keeping the loaner PTAC past the 2 days pickup.
Amana Warranty Covers 5 Years on Parts and some labor.
How to find out if your unit is still covered under warranty. Locate your PTAC unit's 10 digit serial number that is located on the front of your unit under the control board mount.
Example:
Serial Number 1806438592
First 2 digit of your serial # is 18
this is the year the PTAC unit was built - 2018.
The next 2 digit of your serial # is 06
this is month the PTAC unit was built - June.
Call the office with serial # if assistance is needed.
Warranty Covers:
Repairs that include electrical components, control boards, thermostats-internal sensors, fan blades, fan motors, valves, sealed system, compressor, capweld, evaporator coil, condensing coil and leaks.
Warranty Does Not Cover:
Labor when replacing blower wheels, replacing shrouds and washing of the unit.
Units over 5 years old are NOT covered for parts or labor thru Amana Warranty.
